All emergency traffic concerns such as downed, missing, damaged, or inoperable traffic control devices (e.g., stop signs, yield signs, and traffic signals) should be reported by phone immediately. For signs, call Public Works at 309-434-2220. For traffic signals, call Water at 309-434-2400. After hours, call Police at 309-820-8888. For all other traffic concerns, use the Non-Emergency Traffic Request/Complaint Form.
To report a water issue, call Water at 309-434-2400 during regular office hours. For emergency issues (e.g., unreported water main break) after hours, call Police at 309-820-8888.

The Hub
The City Services Hub (The Hub) is a centralized location to service your City needs. Most transactions can be completed over the phone, online, or at The Hub located at the Government Center, 115 E. Washington Street, Suite 103. You can reach them at 309-434-2509, Option 0, TheHub@cityblm.org, or click here to visit The Hub page.
Parking for the Government Center is available on Washington Street or at the Lincoln Parking Deck on Front Street. The public may enter the Government Center from Front Street or Washington Street.
